High Moon Studios—the gaming studio behind “Destiny” and “Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare”—relocated to a 30,000-square-foot corporate headquarters facilities to accommodate their rapidly growing team. High Moon wanted their new workplace to be a memorable place for visitors, a space that conveys their passion, creativity and non-traditional work culture. Stripped of cubicles and a “corporate” atmosphere, rooms are defined by big sliding glass doors and the strategic use of colors, materials and innovative wall installations.

A large, open design studio houses up to 175 developers, game specialists and artists, allowing for large, collaborative meetings amongst team members. Specialized spaces, including a sound mixing room, recording studio and editing rooms, promote mobility and flexibility, with access for each group to control their own lighting based on their work needs.

With a focus on creating a sense of family in the workplace, the building features an expansive break room and hospitality area that seats the entire staff and is complete with board and card games and a large screen for companywide events.
