Mazda wanted to take a new direction with their branding throughout their workspaces and dealerships. The interior design of the automaker’s Western Region office reflects the brand’s evolution to be bold, sophisticated, yet simple and elegant. 

Dark accents throughout the 7,300-square-foot office are balanced with the warmth of wood tones in the flooring and work surfaces. Natural daylight fills the open office, collaboration spaces and break room. The large-scale, back-lit graphics add a dramatic element that reflects the new branding direction of Mazda’s dealerships.

The work environment incorporates sit-to-stand workstations and several different collaboration areas. The large open lounge is equipped with bar-height plug-and-play stations, lounge furniture and meeting tables to encourage conversation and collaboration. Demountable glass walls and sliding doors were used for the private offices and focus rooms.
